The villa is available for rental for the period 2nd April – 30th September 2011 inclusive.

A security deposit of 1000€ to be paid on arrival which is refundable following departure inspection subject to the property remaining undamaged.
Deposit of 30% required upon booking. Remainder of balance due 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental.
For bookings of three weeks or more, or long winter rentals, please contact the owner.
Arrivals after 16:00, departures before 10:00.
Saturday changeover only.
